Delivery is FREE in the UK.
On items delivered to Europe, delivery is free on orders 200 EUR and over. Any orders below this value will be charged 5 EUR for European delivery.
For the rest of the world, delivery is £15.
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and we offer a next day delivery service through UPS.
If you order with us before 12pm on a working day (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays) we will dispatch your order on the same day.
If you order after 12pm on a working day, we will still aim to dispatch same day but unfortunately or can’t guarantee it. In this instance your order will be dispatched the next working day, for delivery the following day after that.

You should be able to track your order online through www.ups.com using the tracking code we emailed to you when your order was dispatched. You can also success your tracking code details by logging in to your Joshua Ellis account and reviewing My Orders.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Joshua Ellis. However, if you are not satisfied in any way please do not hesitate to contact email@example.com. We will be happy to refund or exchange your item at no expense to you, provided the item is retuned to us within 28 days of date of invoice, quoting your order number, name and address and we will refund the cost of the item(s) in full (less the appropriate value of any offer or discount you received). Refunds will be completed within 28 days of receipt of returned goods.
To return goods you must package them securely and return to Joshua Ellis. The returned merchandise must be in a new, unused, and unworn condition. Joshua Ellis reserve the right to decline your return if you fail to take appropriate care of the goods. Please obtain proof of postage for your package just in case it fails to reach us (N.B. proof of postage is not proof of delivery). It is also the responsibility of the customer to obtain suitable insurance for the value of the goods in the parcel.
